For the first time, new oxidation regimes of the titanium-zirconium alloy surface were developed taking into account the current, its density and process time, the maximum points of oxide film formation and the dependence of the surface topography on the oxidation process parameters were identified. It was found that the electrooxidation protocol at a voltage of 500 V and a current density of 150 mA / cm-2 (for protocols with EDTA) may be optimal for obtaining surface layers with high phosphate content, and therefore with a high tendency to osseointegration. Calcium phosphate coatings have been shown to increase the activity of osteogenic cells, which is manifested in increased calcium deposition and stimulation of collagen synthesis. The addition of silver to the coating does not stimulate cell proliferation, but is characterized by an increase in collagen synthesis for 2-3 weeks Product Description popup.authors Viter Roman V.
