The purpose of the work is the theoretical modeling of the mechanisms of the emergence of "shadow effects" on the dynamic spectra of the sporadic DKM radiation of Jupiter, the study of ionospheric effects of dispersing powerful and trial HF signals on artificial ion-sound turbulence. At this time, the implementation of the RDW carried out theoretical studies of various types of absorption bursts that arise on the dynamic spectra of the dexameter emission of Jupiter. For each individual species, the averaged values of the main parameters observed are obtained. The models that were proposed in literary sources are considered and analyzed, and within which individual absorption effects can be explained. A simpler physical mechanism is proposed to explain one of the types of absorption. The spectral features of artificial radioemies of land ionosphere under the influence of controlled powerful radiation at frequencies close to the frequencies of electrons and upper hybrid resonance frequencies are considered. The effect of non-stationary excitation of ion-sound turbulence in the initial stage of heating of ionospheric plasma with a powerful HF radio radiation is investigated. Comparison of the characteristics of artificial ionospheric turbulence according to the data of the microwave radar and multiposition HF diagnostics was carried out.
