In the course of the research, according to the goals and objectives, the following was obtained: the institutional support of investment and innovation policy of rational nature management of the domestic economy in the framework of European integration requirements of the state; theoretical and methodological approaches of determining the dominants of investment and innovation policy of environmental management in the context of European and world practices; adaptive mechanisms and institutional support for stimulating the production, transfer and provision of ecological innovations in the investment policy of rational nature management of the domestic economy are proposed; developed methodological provisions and recommendations for strategic management of investment and innovation activities in the field of environmental management in the context of the innovation ideology "quadro-helix". Based on the results of the research and developed methodological support, a comprehensive assessment of the relationship and interaction of investment-innovation and natural resource potentials of the national economy by systematic diagnosis of current trends in their use in Ukraine and causal relationships between the level of investment and innovation measures of certain sectors of the economy, regions, sustainable use of components of natural resource potential (water, energy, land, forest, mineral resources, nature reserve fund), the dynamics of economy (waste and carbon) of the national economy, which justified the nature of the reverse the relationship between the state of the environment and investment and innovation policy.
