Determination of distribution of nanoparticles after sizes on condition of nonexpotention dependence of cross correlation function is based on the set ambiguity of dependence of size of a maximum of the rationed value of cross correlation function from the middle number of particles that are in the zone of registration. This dependence allows building a model, after that distribution after sizes is determined as a result of iterative process the next approaching of that take into account the concentration of particles got in previous iterations. Calculable experiments are set convergence of such process. System and applied realization of method software is worked out.
