The system of principles of implementation of nonlinearity in the system of greening of economy as components of methodology of nonlinear approach to management of processes of greening is formulated, their distribution on signs of fundamentality is presented; specifics of nonlinearity and taking into account the effects of interaction of constituent elements of economic and ecological systems. The axioms of the theory of implementation of the nonlinear approach in the practice of ecologically oriented sectoral development, which determine the functional and structural complexity of management, are substantiated.
