The subject of the project research was the influence of metallic and non-metallic micro- and nanoscale impurity elements on the structure and structurally sensitive properties of fast-hardened metal alloys; kinetic and thermodynamic conditions for obtaining these alloys. The aim of the work is to choose the composition and optimal modes of joining materials based on light and refractory alloys, taking into account temperature dependences of elemental and phase composition and physical properties of molten and quenched crystalline and amorphous phases, as well as modifying properties of composite materials. the choice of heat treatment modes and the influence of external factors, in particular, the introduction of metallic and non-metallic nanosized impurities. Research methods - study and analysis of structure, thermophysical and structurally sensitive properties of composite materials (electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, thermoEMF, viscosity). Strengthening of composite solders based on crystalline Sn – Ag – Cu, Ga – Sn – Zn and amorphous Ni – Si – Al, Fe – Nb – Cu – Si – B base alloys by addition of micro- and nanosized impurities, which reduce brittleness and increase thermal stability of soldered joints. Experimental samples of nanodispersed materials for lead-free solders were created; technological conditions for solder production for possible use in electronic components of military equipment and microelectronics have been improved.
