The purpose of the work is to determine the nature and mechanisms of inhibition or activation of microbial ureages by resonant electromagnetic waves in the giga and teragers. Methods of research - Methods of molecular modeling: minimization of molecular structure, molecular dynamics, methods of EPR spectroscopy in an electronic paramagnetic resonance, biochemistry of enzymatic catalysis. The role of nickel atoms in the active urrease center, the influence of temperature and type of cation on the structure of the active center of ureza is investigated. It has been shown that the binding of a competitive inhibitor (acetohydro-acid, anal) does not change the coordination of nickel ions in the active site of the idle of urease and significantly affects the geometry of the active site near Nickel ions. The main factor in the binding of the inhibitor are nickel ions. The remains of the active site are only a substrate recognition site. It is shown that the nearest environment around active NI-containing sites and MN-containing Ureas Klebsiella Aerogenes and Sporosarcina Pasteurii is approximately identical. It is shown that the structure of the metal center of these Ureaz is generally stable, regardless of the origin of ureages, type of cation and temperature. The obtained results are well consistent with literary data of modern experimental and settlement studies of the structure of the Urease metal centers and will contribute to the development of methods of selective inhibition of urease activity by various inhibitors and selective physical factors (resonant electromagnetic radiation). Several cell samples for a dielectrometer are designed and created, in which you can investigate the absorption of urease solutions in an electronic paramagnetic resonance - using a single-pole   Product Description popup.authors Eremenko Zoya Ye Bomko Tetiana V Lisnyak Yuriу V Manuilov Mykhilo B Martynov Artur V. popup.nrat_date 2022-03-09 Close
