The purpose of the study - to increase the efficiency of use of unmanned aviation complexes (UAC) by optimizing the time and financial costs of selection, training and information support of UAC crews and development of hardware and software complex for psychophysiological selection taking into account individual physiological characteristics, psychological compatibility and their information support during training and operation of the UAC. The subject of research and development is the technology of psychophysiological selection of UAC operators, which ensures the efficient use of human resources. Means and methods of research - systems analysis, theory of human-machine systems, mathematical modeling, methods of computer processing and signal transmission; equipment and software for psychophysiological testing. The equipment used was an integrated automated psycho-diagnostic complex IAPDK, virtual reality system, portable electroencephalograph, portable electromyographs, mobile electrocardiograph, sensors for photoplethysmography and electrodermal activity, flight simulator with remote control, personal computers and related software. Results of the second year of study: 1. Development, substantiation and algorithmization of models which have formed the basis of system for psycho-physiological selection of UAC crews were carried out. 2. A set of specialized tests for the selection of UAC crew members has been developed and substantiated. 3. Diagnostic profiles of the cognitive skills and abilities of UAC crew members were developed. 4. The computer diagnostic test system of psychophysiological selection was developed.
