A new block diagram and electrical circuit of the base power cell with a list of elements, its optimal power of 1-5 kW, and requirements for operating modes: ensuring the generation of electricity on and off grid modes. A new computer program has been developed to calculate the power elements (chokes and transformers) of boost converters (PC) and output power inverters of the base power cell, which allows to obtain parameters of current, voltage, number of turns and wire diameter, material and core size, and energy indicators - losses in wires and cores, efficiency, reactive and active power A new control algorithm has been developed for the power cell, combining RES, drives, hybrid inverters and information transmission devices to optimize cell and cell system performance, including peak power compensation, which greatly simplifies and reduces the cost of RES semiconductor converters. A working model of the base module of the energy cell has been developed and manufactured. Experimental studies of the power cell as part of a photovoltaic station with a capacity of 1 kW with accumulative batteries, conducted and analyzed the results of experimental studies of static and dynamic modes of operation.
