As well as the application of the technological approach to support stigmatized minorities in various social and educational environments. The purpose of such approach was to develop and implement technologies for appropriate support. A set of socio-psychological technologies to support stigmatized minorities in the areas of family interaction, public activity, gender interaction, media communication, in the educational environment was developed and tested; in the context of experiencing collective guilt and property inequality. Their content and peculiarities of application depending on the target groups are determined: the technology of activating the psychological resources of representatives of stigmatized minorities; technology of counteracting stigma in the social environment; technology of increasing the psychological competence of professional communities (psychologists, social educators, teachers, specialists of public organizations) to support stigmatized minorities.It was deepened the understanding of the means to work with different groups at the cognitive, emotional and behavioral levels; application of the forms of group and individual work. Their content is specified depending on the direction of technology to work with representatives of stigmatized minorities, social environment and professionals. Using the socio-psychological tools (discussion, focus group discussions, classes with elements of training, role-playing games, psychological games, fairy tale therapy, art therapy, psychoeducation, etc.) was further developed. They were modified according to the tasks and features of collective efforts to increase the level of tolerance for otherness and diversity, counteracting stigma in different social and educational environments and their effectiveness was defined.
