Samples of nectars and juices, as well as several samples of flower honey, were packaged and obtained by direct extraction from fruits and roots. The correlation between the methods was high (correlation coefficient R = 0.99). This indicates the broad prospects for the future use of such systems for the analysis of food for sucrose and glucose, which are very important indicators of the nutritional value of the product, and in many cases may directly or indirectly indicate falsification of the product.
