To determine the sensors characteristics of chips modified with thiolated oligonucleotides, the processes of their hybridization with target oligonucleotides, completely and partially complementary to the sequences of immobilized DNA, were studied. During the experiments, repeated values of hybridization levels were obtained, on the basis of which the sensitivity, selectivity and limit of detection of SPR biosensor were determined.
The operational characteristics of the spectrometer (sensitivity, detection limit, repeatability, resistance to temperature effects) were studied.
