The object of GDR is the process of forming strategies and vectors of development. The subject of research is a system of theoretical, methodological and applied principles of formation of strategies and vectors of development of sectors of the national economy. Today's practice has been marked by the rapid, ambiguous and contradictory development of the globalization process. Spatial globalization is on the planetary, continental, supranational, regional, local levels. These are different, closely interconnected processes that reinforce or quench each other, giving unexpected effects of interaction. Globalization is associated with the formation of economic space, where the sectoral structure, exchange of information and technology, the productive forces location geography are determined taking into account the world situation. The economic dimension of globalization includes the multiple increases in recent decades of flows of goods and services, capital, labor and information, as well as the internationalization of production processes up to the international division of individual technological operations. The national economic systems of the developed countries of the world are characterized by pronounced tendencies towards the consolidation of economic agents operating in the market. Today in the country the issue of formation and development of corporate entities is of great interest, not only to business and political representatives, but also to economists. Economic reality puts on the agenda many issues related to the prospects and features of the modern economy, the choice and improvement of mechanisms for the formation of large corporate structures, the implementation of the benefits of these structures in the management of the national economy.
