Field work was performed using geophysical methods, in particular the method of the natural pulsed electromagnetic field of the Earth (PIEMPZ) and vertical electric sounding (SEZ). A number of laboratory studies have been performed to substantiate the possibility and feasibility of using these methods for work to identify hazardous engineering and geological phenomena and their forecast development. The processing of the obtained results was performed according to the current requirements and standards, including the use of PCs with specialized software packages. The research results make it possible to assess the current engineering and geological condition of rock massifs and the technical condition of engineering networks and structures. Practical recommendations for reducing the level of danger of landslides and suffusion phenomena, as well as minimizing the development of dangerous man-made processes are offered at each research object. The report is set out on 65 pages of typewritten text and contains 5 sections, 41 figures and 3 tables. List of used sources from 40 names.
