The obtained results testify to the pedagogical effectiveness of the developed courses, which was confirmed by the positive dynamics of subject competencies (biological and chemical) and key competencies (environmental, information and communication, lifelong learning, competencies in science, engineering and technology) as well as by the level of achievement of the expected learning outcomes defined by the programs. The pedagogical efficiency of the developed educational and methodical support was experimentally proved; the methodical recommendations for teachers in organizing students’ independent work and developing skills to systematize the knowledge of the structure and methods of extraction of organic matter on the basis of new features were adjusted; designing the textbooks for students in the relevant elective courses and guidelines for teachers was completed; scientific editing and reviewing of the manuscripts of the planned scientific products was performed.
