The purpose of the work is to determine the conditions and mechanisms of non-covalent inactivation of infectious agents - candidates for producing vaccine antigens and toxins with new derivatives of flavins, phenothiazins and quinones Methods of research - chemical and pharmaceutical, microbiological, biochemical, mathematical-statistical. As a result of the studies, a combinator derivative on the basis of 44 coiled carbohydrate residues in a different combination and riboflavin derivatives and 4 derivatives of bisulfite minadium were synthesized. The property of these derivatives is investigated to lead to photoinactivation of ureages as a model of toxin according to the criterion of inhibition of enzymatic urease activity. It is shown that said dynamic derivative of riboflavin is inactivating urezaz in a concentration that is almost lower than the concentration of riboflavin. As a result of studies, 12 compositions based on riboflavin derivatives (IV) and native riboflavin (I) were created. More than 10x increase in bactericidal photodynamic properties in derivative (IV) are shown in comparison with native riboflavin. The optimal conditions of exposure, the concentration of photosensitizer, power and wavelength of the radiator are selected. The preservation of immunogenic protective properties in photodynamically inactivated corpuscular samples of P. aeruginosa vaccine and e.coli in comparison with formalinized samples, where there was a decrease in the effectiveness of the vaccine by 60%. It is shown that the most stable is a solution of derivative IV in polysorbate-80, which allows you to store a ready-made solution for more than 2 years in a dark city. The instability of all derivatives of riboflavin is shown, which, when stored in light collapsed in 3 days. 11.
