Results: Patients after surgery were divided into 4 groups, taking into account the type of urethral plastics: the first - augmentation buccal (AB) - 34 (23.1%), the second - urethroprostatoanastomosis (UPA) - 65 (44.2%), the third - replacement plastic skin-fascial flap (RPSFF) - 12 (8.2%), the fourth - replacement buccal plastics of the urethra (RBPU) -36 (24.5%). Analysis of the state of plastic interventions proved the positivity of diagnosis and modification in the methodological approach. Comparative evaluation of successfully performed urethroplasty of two groups in 34 patients (68%) and 82 (84.5%) is confirmed by the positive dynamics of treatment effectiveness.
