The aim of the study is to increase the sensitivity, noise immunity, speed and energy efficiency of devices for generating and processing chaotic signals, access control and positioning for robotic and infocommunication systems by using chaotic signals, developing theoretical foundations, methods for synthesizing and developing circuits of fuzzy logic and neural elements with accuracy and quick-action, designed for application in neuro-fuzzy controllers of wireless networks of the 4th and 5th generations. The subject of the study is structures of neural networks, fuzzy controllers, neuro-fuzzy controllers and algorithms for managing access and traffic of wireless networks of the 4th and 5th generations, phase portraits and spectra of indicators of Lyapunov devices for generating, forming and processing signals of equipment for robotic and infocommunication purposes, as well as time, frequency and statistical parameters of chaotic signals, parameters of channels and physical levels of 802.11x wireless networks. In the research work, the theoretical foundations, methods for the synthesis and optimization of devices for formation and processing of chaotic signals of robotic and infocommunication systems have been developed. Mathematical models of microelectronic devices for generating and processing signals of deterministic chaos based on transistor circuits and structures with negative differential resistance with static I–V characteristics of N-, S- and Λ-types have been improved.
