The work purpose is development of mobile devices of synthesis of hydrogen and oxygen for medical and technical purposes. Research methods - X-ray fluorescence analysis, scanning electron spectroscopy, linear and cyclic voltammetry, atomic force microscopy, X-ray phase analysis. According to the results of research, electrolytes and deposited regimes of multicomponent cobalt composite coatings doped with titanium dioxide have been proposed. The influence of the method of increasing the electrolyte sedimentation stability and the electrolysis energy parameters on the process efficiency, composition and morphology of the deposited coatings is determined. Electrically conductive composite ceramic materials based on aluminosilicates have been developed; the dependence of the properties of the developed materials on the content of electrically conductive additives is determined and their optimal composition is proposed. The catalytic activity of cobalt ternary coatings with refractory components in the model reaction of hydrogen evolution has been studied; it is shown that the phase composition and surface relief are factors of catalytic activity of coatings; the competitiveness of the obtained materials and the expediency of their use in the development of devices for electrolytic hydrogen production have been proved. The research results are used for the development of mobile means of hydrogen synthesis for medical and technical purposes and in the educational process of universities in the specialty 161.
