The purpose of the work is to ensure secure information exchange of military and civilian units of state structures, including in conditions of extreme (crisis) situations, based on the methodology of integrated data protection through its factorial coding. The main scientific result of the work is the development of methods and protocols of integrated information security based on factorial data coding for secure information exchange systems. In particular, the theoretical concept for building a system of secure information interaction based on the methodology of integrated information security using factorial data coding; methods for factorial coding and decoding of speech signals; mathematical models for evaluating the effectiveness of error detection by factorial codes; cryptograpfic key-agreement protocol without using a secret communication channel; three-pass cryptographic protocol; methods and protocols for frame synchronization of inseparable factorial codes. The methodological basis of the work is the fundamental provisions of the theory of discrete message transmission, error correction coding theory, probability theory, mathematical statistics and modeling. Implementation of the developed methods and protocols will increase the efficiency of data transmission systems. The obtained results can be effectively used in data transmission environments with a high intensity of natural or artificial noise, which can be important in the field of defense.
