The object of research is nonequilibrium, spatially inhomogeneous systems of condensed media under powerful nuclear and electromagnetic radiation. The aims of the research are to calculate the physical parameters of condensed matter under powerful nuclear and electromagnetic radiation, to explain scientific experiments performed at the institutes of the NAS of Ukraine, and to search for new effects promising for application. Research methods are the modern methods of theoretical physics.
