The psychological structure and level of psychological readiness of teachers for professional activity in the conditions of NUS are revealed. It is established that the level of development of psychological readiness of pedagogical staff for professional activity in the conditions of NUS is a variable value due to age, professional, individual psychological factors and is differentiated from lower to higher manifestations. It was found that the basic personal qualities (dialogic communication, self-concept, competence, spirituality) ambiguously affect the development of professionalism of teachers, play an ambiguous role in the formation of personal readiness of teachers for professional activities. Negative tendencies (value-semantic disorientation, strengthening of emotional burnout) that led to a decrease in the level of professional self-realization of pedagogical staff in the implementation of the concept of NUS were identified, and the reasons for such changes were analyzed. It was found that pedagogical communication as a condition for the development of psychological readiness of teachers for professional activities in NUS is an indicator of the quality of manifestation of relevant psychological and pedagogical abilities, the method of manifestation of which is determined by moral and ethical aspects of professional teaching. The systemic determinism of diagnostic, consultative, corrective and developmental competencies is established, which is characterized by the conditionality of their levels of development from a set of factors (gender-age, psychophysiological, cognitive, personal).
