It is established that the light environment not only affects the visual characteristics, but also has a significant impact on people through the so-called non-visual effects or those that do not form images (BOZ-effects) - mood, vivacity, circadian rhythms and more. The conducted researches allowed to determine the admissible parameters of LED light sources from the point of view of comfortable and safe lighting. The results obtained on the basis of research make it possible to calculate safe and visually comfortable lighting conditions, taking into account the neuroendocrine and neuropsychological regulation of human circadian rhythm.
