The aim of the work is to develop design and ergonomic solutions of modern effective protective, uniforms of Ukrainian production for servicemen serving in different conditions of danger, with certain requirements for operational reliability and ergonomics through experimental selection of fire, heat resistant materials and rational package structures. Research methods. To solve the tasks, the general methodology of the systematic approach to the design of protective clothing, the main provisions of the theory of risk, heat transfer processes and probit functions are used. Calculations and estimates were performed using analytical, graph-analytical, statistical methods. The method of discrete optimization was used for the reasonable introduction of elements of transformation into a constructive solution of protective clothing. Theoretical and methodological basis of research are the main provisions of the technology of garment production, the method of transformation, expert assessments, mathematical statistics. Experimental studies to determine the indicators of reliability and ergonomics were conducted in the accredited analytical research laboratory "Textile-Test" according to standardized methods. The scientific novelty is that on the basis of theoretical and experimental research created an effective modern protective clothing with adjustable parameters by using the principles of transformation. The practical significance of the expected results is that a conceptual model of the formation of a rational structure of products of modern protective, uniform clothing for servicemen, depending on the impact of different types of danger.
