The aim of the study is working off of modes at reception of organic and inorganic substances; establishment of technological parameters for obtaining aqueous solutions of peroxioorganic compounds; study of morphology of structure and corrosion behavior of composite oxide coatings and nanostructured coatings. Research methods are cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry, chronopotentiometry, gravimetry, X-ray fluorescence analysis, X-ray phase analysis, optical microscopy, Vickers method for measuring microhardness. It is proposed to increase the productivity of hydrogen electrolysis from alkaline electrolysis with alumodepolarizing cycle due to the use of ultrasonic treatment. The composition of the electrolyte for electrochemical synthesis of GMTD was substantiated: 2 mol/dm3 hexamine, 2 mol/dm3 citric acid 0.2 mol/dm3 ammonium sulfate. Conditions for the formation of hard alloys based on cobalt and molybdenum are determined. The main component of the alloy is Co7Mo6. It is established that the effect of the introduction of molybdenum and titanium oxide in the coating composition on the corrosion behavior of alloys in alkaline solution. The influence of impurities of Al2(SO4)3, TiOSO4, Na2MoO4, Zr(SO4)2 on electrochemical and electrically conductive properties of composite coatings on AISI 304 steel was determined. To increase the corrosion resistance of zinc-nickel alloys, a mode of nonstationary electrolysis is proposed.
