An innovative feature of the development is that we used a pin-photodiode as a scintillation element. The BPW-34 model was chosen. The sensitive region of this photodiode has dimensions of 3x3 mm, and is susceptible not only to light but also to gamma radiation. The sensitivity of such an element is extremely low. But a characteristic feature of measurement in the dose calibrator is extremely high radiation intensity. And under such conditions, low sensitivity is a necessary condition for meeting the requirements of the technical task regarding the limits of measured activity of the radiopharmaceutical. The prototype of the calibrator of doses of radiopharmaceuticals is created. Technical and clinical tests of the prototype of the calibrator of doses of radiopharmaceuticals are carried out. Technical documentation has been developed, namely drawings and electronic schemes of the radiopharmaceutical dose calibrator, user manual of the radiopharmaceutical dose calibrator.
