On this basis, for the first time new methods and systems of polarization fractalometry of biological layers were implemented by using a reference laser wave and digital holographic reproduction of the complex amplitudes of the object field. As a result, layer-by-layer polarization and diffuse fractalograms of polycrystalline networks were obtained for the first time.
