The aim of the study is to develop resource-saving methods of electrochemical formation of nanostructured coatings of metals, alloys and oxides with improved functional properties for the needs of mechanical engineering, medicine and the creation of alternative energy sources. Research methods are voltammetry, chronoamperometry, chronopotentiometry, non-stationary programmable electrolysis, gravimetry, X-ray fluorescence analysis. On the basis of the analysis of material flows in galvanic lines at long electrolysis mathematical models of functioning of system of washing baths with electrolytic extraction of metals from low-concentrated electrolytes of the modified catching baths are received; obtained initial data for the creation of technological processes for the formation of compact multilayer coatings based on alloys Ni-Zn, Cu-Zn, Cu-Sn; the conditions of redox reactions in electrolytes are determined; determined the catalytic activity of the multilayer copper-Nickel coating in the oxidation reaction of ethanol; data were obtained for the development of chemical and combined chemical-electrochemical treatment of titanium using non-stationary electrolysis; the use of combined anodes in the conditions of periodic change of current strength at active dissolution of positive metal and dissolution of negative metal in a semi-passive state which is provided by preliminary processing in low-concentrated electrolyte is offered.
