The subject of research is the processes of realization of economic growth of the national economy on the basis of the strategy of innovative development. Research methods: observation, generalization, analysis, synthesis, scientific abstraction and historical approach, methods of comparison, system-functional and system-synergetic approaches, statistical and graphical approaches. Purpose: a comprehensive study of socio-economic conditions for economic growth of the national economy on an innovative basis, identifying problems that inhibit these processes in the economy of Ukraine, and identify ways to overcome them. Results: The concept of innovative development of the national economy is studied, the positions and factors of increase of efficiency of economy of Ukraine in modern global dimensions of development. Recommendations for the use of work results: publication of scientific monographs and articles, preparation and defense of dissertations, speeches at scientific and practical conferences, writing textbooks. Significance of the work: the theoretical and methodological contribution of the study serve as reference points for determining modern strategies for innovative development of Ukraine's economy. Conclusions: economic growth based on the formation of Ukraine’s innovative economy in modern conditions is possible on the basis of the transformation of science-intensive capital, which requires the development of innovation infrastructure that can unite the interests of science, education, government and business.
