The features of structure formation of protective coatings, obtained by plasma and detonation spraying of (Ti, Cr)C-based powders cladded with 17, 25 and 33 wt.% Ni, is investigated. The technological parameters of plasma and detonation spraying of the (Ti,Cr)C-Ni composite powders. The wear behavior of the (Ti, Cr) C – Ni thermal-sprayed coatings was studied under dry friction in a wide range of speed-loading parameters. It was found that plasma and detonation (Ti, Cr) C-33% Ni coatings are characterized by high wear resistance and can be recommended for strengthening and restoration of aircraft and ground equipment.
