Subject of research: islands of electron-hole liquid during laser pumping; embedded atoms and point defects outside the ion range in the crystal with impurities during nuclear irradiation; inelastic scattering of electrons on an organic molecule with a nanoshell. Purpose: calculation the distribution of unstable particles in phase transitions in restricted systems; calculation of spectra of energy losses of electrons during scattering on an organic molecule with a nanoshell; modification of Bruggeman's theory to determine the response in the optical field. Research methods: numerical estimations of the density distribution function of electron-hole liquid; solving a system of kinetic equations for the distribution of defects and impurities in the crystal; study of the spectrum of plasmon oscillations of the nanoshell by quantization; Monte Carlo simulation of unstable particle diffusion. The processes of formation of unequilibrium structures of indirect excitons in semiconductor heterostructures are considered; Monte Carlo modeling in the system of unstable particles generated by external irradiation, taking into account the attraction; the spectra of energy losses of fast electrons by an organic molecule near the metal nanoshell are calculated; Bruggen's theory for the medium with metal nanoparticles was improved by replacing elementary scatterers; the occurrence of complexes of point defects with impurities in the outrange region during irradiation of Silicon with charged particles is analyzed. The developed technique can be implemented for further basic research, in particular for other crystals, radiation doses or temperatures.
