The selection of nanoporous matrices that meet the requirements for filling their structures with nanocrystallites from aqueous solutions has been carried out. It has been established that membranes with flat-parallel faces and perfectly polished surfaces are the best for filling the membranes with crystalline substances. Samples of nanocomposites based on various water-soluble nanocrystallites of ADP, KB5, CuSO4, KDP, TGS, Ba(NO3)2 in selected matrices of Al2O3 and Si/SiO2 with decreasing temperature to room temperature were grown. The influence of magnetic field on the growth of such nanocrystallites has been studied. The fundamental possibility of growth of different nanocrystallites into porous matrices of Al2O3 and Si/SiO2 was confirmed by X-ray diffraction method. Surface morphology, as well as structural features of synthesized crystalline nanocomposites by the scanning electron microscopy method were studied. The possibility of obtaining nanocomposite samples based on water-insoluble LiNbO3 crystallites in nanoporous Al2O3 and SiO2 matrices was analyzed. A review of digital image processing methods for estimating the parameters of nanoporous matrices based on their high-resolution images was carried out. The ways for application of the mathematical methods to the analysis of SEM images of nanoporous membranes are demonstrated. The mathematical algorithm of quantitative research of surface morphology based on computer processing and analysis of SEM images for determination of mean pore diameter, distance between pores in membranes is considered.
