The aim of the work is to create new multicomponent high-entropy alloys based on powder mixtures of ferroalloys and to establish the general laws of their phase and structure formation, and to evaluate their physical and mechanical properties. In the process of work new high-entropy alloys of systems ФХ800-ФТи70-Мн95 and ФХ800-ФТи70-Ni were synthesized with the use of resource-saving approaches to the choice of constituent alloys. Powder mixtures of ferroalloys ФХ800, ФТи70, and metals Mn and Ni were used as starting components. The methods of hot forging and melting, using previous grinding and mechanical activation of mixtures of ferroalloys, were the first to obtain such alloys, studied their structure and phase composition depending on the annealing temperature. The use of ferroalloys for the synthesis of high entropy alloys will significantly reduce their cost and allow them to be more widely used as wear-resistant and structural materials.
