It was shown that targeted therapy using SPION as a nanocontainer did not require increasing the dose of the anticancer antibiotic doxorubicin to achieve a therapeutic effect. The dependence of the characteristics of the patterns formed on the surface of films obtained by drying solutions of biopolymers on the structural state of biopolymers in the solutions and factors influencing these processes were determined. The changes in the dielectric constant were revealed by the method of microwave dielectrometry for erythrocyte suspension of patients with common dermatoses with sensitization to certain allergens. The high correlation of dielectric parameters with biochemical data was determined. This allows one to use the dielectric permeability as a criterion of a rapid screening test to determine sensitization to various allergens. Molecular-dynamic modeling of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus spike-glycoprotein receptor-binding domain RBD in complex with antiviral drugs has shown that drugs for hepatitis C treatments ledipasvir and paritaprevir (neutral form) in combination with the natural biflavonoid amentoflavone are the promising candidates to block the binding site of RBD on ACE2 cell receptor responsible for SARS-CoV-2 entry into the host cell. The original Protein-Nucleic Acid Structural Database with Information on the Accessible Surface Area (ProtNA-ASA, free available http://www.ire.kharkov.ua/ProtNA-ASA) is updated. The ProtNA-ASA contains information on the structure of free DNA, DNA in the protein-nucleic complexes, the accessible surface area of DNA atoms, and the values of the electrostatic potential of the DNA double helix.
