In the religious dimension, the Ukrainian world receives its sacred vector, variably designed by different denominations, which recognize the Ukrainian world as an earthly homeland, a place of missionary activity and a home. However, some denominations neglect or try to refute the "Ukrainian world" as a locus of existence. Therefore, clearly fixing the borders of the "Ukrainian world", which should be understood by religious subjects as a condition of their free and responsible functioning in modern Ukraine, the author proposes to use the cognitive identifier "Ukrainian world" to denote expressed by Ukrainian historiography means of Ukrainian language-mentality. culture-traditions in the Ukrainian value-semantic universe (the metaphysical-axiological coordinate system inherent in the Ukrainian consciousness) event-life locus, which is perceived by the Ukrainian nation (historical-self-conscious subject) as a mastered home of existence. Under the guise of the formula of the greatest public respect for religious communities (Churches) among the various social realities, the activities and position of some essentially anti-Ukrainian organizations inherited from the USSR, which still legally exist in Ukraine, are somewhat lost. Meanwhile, Ukrainian state institutions do not curb such activities of these not so much religious as social phenomena, structures that in various ways receive support from enemies and competitors of Ukrainians.
