These are cyclotrons classic U-120, isochronous - U-240 and rechargeable electrostatic generator EGP-10K. Research methods: obtaining information about the parameters of the beam using detectors, which differ not only in the physical principle of operation, but also in the degree of complexity and method of data processing for further use in automated accelerator control systems. The second stage of this research is devoted to the choice of the method of control of the parameters of charged particle beams, which are most suitable for non-destructive diagnostics of accelerator beams. The analysis based on the review obtained in the first stage of the approaches showed that the use of radiation-resistant scanners based on the principle of operation of metal micro-detectors (MMD) will be optimal for the recharging electrostatic electrostatic generator EGP-10K. In the case of classical and isochronous cyclotrons, the control problem can be solved using a beam position sensor, in which the amplification of the flow of secondary emission electrons that form the beam image is carried out by a microchannel plate (MCP).
