The object of research is the system of course training in the context of transformation processes in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to develop theoretical and methodological, methodological and organizational principles of planning and conducting retraining (training) and advanced training of military specialists in mobilization, HR, organizational and staffing and processing of defense planning information during the transition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to NATO standards. The methods are: systems analysis (consideration of objects as systems), general and special research methods such as inductive-deductive, synthesis, analysis, diachronic, problem-historical, chronological, etc. Results of the research: conceptual bases of transformation of military education in Ukraine are defined, modern models of advanced training of specialists of US Armed Forces personnel services are analyzed, DEEP activity in the context of improving the quality of military education in Ukraine is studied; the forms and methods of training military specialists used in NATO member states have been studied; the modern method of planning the training of military specialists in accordance with the guiding documents of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is considered; analyzed issues related to training, retraining and advanced training of officers of personnel units, specialists in accounting and conscription work, mobilization work, territorial defense and recruitment, etc., identified problematic issues, in particular, conducting distance learning through COVID- 19, provided methodological recommendations for planning, conducting and content of training programs of servicemen.
