In this regard, at present, of great importance is the development of one of the factors of the economy - energy saving, the main task of which is to achieve economically justified maximum savings of energy resources and reduce total costs of traditional electricity consumption. The purpose of the study: to perform energy audit work and study the possibility of installing a solar power plant on the roof of the administrative building of the Combine "Dawn" which belongs to the structure of the State Reserve Agency of Ukraine, at: Kharkiv, st. Field, 87.Object of research. technical and economic calculation of insulation of enclosing structures and modernization of engineering systems of the administrative building of the enterprise, which will increase its energy efficiency, as well as technical and economic calculation of solar power plant (SES) with photovoltaic panels on the roof of the administrative building. Research methodology. The energy audit of the building was performed in accordance with applicable regulations. Technical and economic calculation of the possibility of implementing roof SES contains a brief description and technical characteristics of the main elements of SES, as well as the results of calculation of technical and economic indicators of SES implementation. Research results. As a result of R&D, the following indicators will be achieved:- Energy audit of the building: increasing the energy efficiency class of the building from the lowest G to C. Conclusions. Based on technical and economic indicators, the most effective measure to improve the energy efficiency of the object of study is the introduction of heat pumps for heating buildings, which will save about 40% of thermal energy consumed for heating the building.
