The purpose of the study is to develop a system for the prevention of venous thrombosis in operated patients and an algorithm for diagnostic and therapeutic measures in the thrombotic process in the inferior vena cava. Research methods - clinical, biochemical, instrumental, mathematical and statistical. It was found that according to the severity of surgical stress, there are risk groups for postoperative thrombotic complications: high, moderate and low. The frequency of postoperative thrombosis in the inferior vena cava basin is directly proportional to the degree of risk of the latter. Thus, in planned patients with a high risk of venous thrombotic complications, the frequency of postoperative thrombosis was 25.68%, with moderate - 22.90%, with low - 12.03%. Patients with urgent surgical pathology are classified as patients with a high risk of postoperative venous thrombosis and their frequency was 24.84%.
