The methodology of functionally-oriented design of technological processes of manufacturing parts during the implementation of combined methods of processing using vibration and modification of the surface layer with a hard alloy is scientifically substantiated. The method of designing the structure of technological routes of executive surfaces machining for machine parts, which is based on a generalized methodological approach to optimize the choice of methods and sequence of technological treatments to assess the technological inheriability of parts parameters, is developed. The application of this technique increases the required operational characteristics, provides regulated reliability of mechanical engineering facilities and is used for machines parts operated under conditions of force load and intensive wear.
