The project objective is to develop theoretical and practical principles of multi-criteria sustainable development management of decentralized natural and economic systems as the basis of economic security and stability of Ukraine within functioning volatility on the basis of system-synergistic approach to ensure sustainable geospatial and economic development of territories, communities, regions and countries in general. Scientific novelty of the results obtained during the 2nd phase is: 1) analysis results of current climate change, its cause and effect. 2) Forecasting of changing climatic conditions in Ukraine up to 2050. 3) Environmental and economic, and social consequences of climate change for natural and economic systems functioning, and the methodology of their impact on natural and geographical (land, forest, water, mineral and raw materials, biological and energy resources) and economic (property, infrastructure, financial and human resources) capacity. 4) the methodology for assessing comfortable and uncomfortable climate for humans and the forecast for the change trends. The obtained results allow to form systematic principles of multi-criteria management of sustainable geospatial development of decentralized territorial natural and economic systems in Ukraine.
