The purpose of the work is to reveal and systematize methodological approaches to the formation of global drivers of economic development. Research methods: statistical, analytical, economic and mathematical methods. The scientific report on GDR contains the results of identifying global drivers of economic development. The study describes the essence of the globalization process and its development. The spheres of influence on the life of the world community of the globalization process have been identified and classified, and the drivers of influence on the development of international business models, including in the conditions of the 2020 crisis, have been singled out. Recommendations for improving the structure and theoretical justification of the positive and negative consequences of the functioning of global drivers of economic development have been developed. Methodological bases of formation of balance of interests in measures of national economic policy and its tools - cluster formation, commercialization of innovative projects are developed. Preconditions and priorities of innovative changes of regional complexes of Ukraine are substantiated. A mechanism for activating the potential of a positive image of the region has been formed. The directions of institutionalization of cluster forms of cooperation and technologies of resolving conflicts of interest regarding the use of the potential of regional cluster policy are determined. The scope of the results of this study is the practical work of managers and marketers in various fields of management, whose activities are related to international business, in the development and implementation of educational projects in educational activities.
