The purpose of the study is to determine the territorial distribution of equilibrium-nonequilibrium processes in the zone of hypergenesis of disturbed landscapes. The research method is statistical analysis of the time series of hydrochemical observations, probasical modeling. It is proved that in the areas where mining and processing plants operate, indigenous adjustments of all elements of landscapes occur, which leads to the development of specific geochemical and hydrochemical processes in these territories. The orderness of hydrochemical systems is maintained due to the movement of water and a substance that constantly "pumps" out of the system of disorder. Therefore, hydrochemical systems are thermodynamic systems that constantly exchange energy and substance with the environment, reducing entropy within itself, but increasing entropy beyond itself. A modern understanding of the nonlineanity of hydrochemical systems management in the mineral development zone leads to the need to consider hydrochemical models of the probasonal type, namely, Markov chains. The probasonary forecast of the chemical composition of river waters (Saksagan and Ingulets) in the area of Kryvyi Rih iron ore basin was compiled.
