A sample of 131 respondents (38 social educators, 85 psychologists of the education system, seven heads of psychological services, one director of the IRC) found a request in the pedagogical teams of ZZSO to determine areas of post-employment work, including by improving skills in such areas as providing the first psychological assistance to a child after a suicide attempt (60.6%), the algorithm of response in the first 24 hours after suicide (54.5%), first psychological assistance to suicide victims (relatives, friends, witnesses) (39.4%), practical team actions response in the educational institution (33.3%), communication with the media (messages with minimal adverse consequences, including for the educational institution) (22%). According to the results of the in-depth interviews, representatives of the school administration of the Pechersk and Podilsky districts (30 people) reported some psychological obstacles to the postvention of suicide (bullycide) or its attempts in a school. For example, it may be subjective distancing of team members from the problem beyond one`s professional competence; individual and collective unwillingness to deal with the consequences, the feeling of helplessness; vague or distorted ideas about the set of actions to be taken in the event of suicide (bullycide) in an educational institution, as well as the subjects, objects, and purpose of such activities; inability to identify the staff of the educational institution as a whole and its members (including themselves) as victims of the traumatic event.
