The object of research is the processes of heat treatment of concrete and reinforced concrete products using the studied low-potential heat sources. The subject of research is the formation of the physical and mechanical properties of heavy concrete in the early stages of its hardening during heat treatment using the studied low-potential heat sources. The methodology of intensification of structure formation of concrete and reinforced concrete products (which are enclosed forms) with the use of air heated in a solar collector or in an air heater and heat of hydration of cement has been created. Mathematical models of heat exchange processes in installations for heat treatment of concrete and reinforced concrete products (which are enclosed forms) with the use of air heated in a solar collector or in an air heater have been developed. The technique of experimental and computational researches of the specified processes of heat treatment of concrete and reinforced concrete products are created. The influence of the studied methods of heat treatment on the formation of physical and mechanical properties of heavy concrete in the early stages of hardening and on the structure formation of cement stone in concrete is established. The method of experimental and computational research of processes of heat treatment of concrete and reinforced concrete products with the use of the heat of hydration of cement (without the use of coolant) is developed.
