The purpose of the work is to analyze the design features of operating and technical conditions, as well as possible destruction of blade assemblies of gas turbine engines and to develop a methodology for calculation and experimental determination of the causes of blades failure. Research methods - experimental and computational. The results of the analysis of possible destruction of blade assemblies of gas turbine engines are given, namely: the destruction of the dovetail blade-disk joints of the compressor blades; breakage of blades during their operation; loss of the dynamic resistance of compressor blades to subsonic flutter. Finite-element models of a blade assembly of the gas-turbine engine compressor with dovetail joints of cantilever blades have been developed, using which it has been shown that due to the blade vibration mode and their mistuning it can be a destruction of the disk joints, also it was established areas of high stresses and the impact on their magnitude of the rim region thickness of the disk. The presented results of the numerical experiments indicate the possibility of reducing vibration stresses by analyzing and choosing parameters that affect the rigidity of the coupling of the blades, which is of practical importance for increasing the vibration reliability of the compressors of gas-turbine engines.  Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2022-03-09 Close
