The dependence of the resolution of the visual analyzer in patients with RRD (without and with choroidal detachment) from indicators of its bioelectric activity in the central and peripheral zones after successful surgical treatment: positive - with amplitude characteristics (r = 0,53 - 0.67 ) and negative - with temporary characteristics (latency) of a photopic, combined electroretinogram (r = 0,5 - 0.63), which determines the understanding of the causes of a low functional result in the case of positive surgical treatment and proves the need for neuroprotective therapy of patients. The deficiency of the blood circulation of the eye with an RRD complicated by CD is determined by 68,7% and fellow eyes by 40% of the normal. In the eyes of uncomplicated RRD and on a fellow eye, these indicators were reduced from the normal by only 33,3% and 27% respectively. The obtained data testify to a significant ischemic process in the eye with RRD, which is amplified in the presence of CD. The direct correlation of volumetric blood flow and intraocular pressure R = 0,5 (P <0,05) in all patients with RRD is detected. Product Description popup.authors Kasim Ludmila V.
