Subject of research: features of scientific discourse in cognitive and cultural-educational contexts and as a factor in the methodology of development of socio-humanitarian and natural-scientific spheres of knowledge and formation of professional culture of a scientist. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive description of cognitivistics and cultural and educational dimensions of scientific discourse. To solve this goal, the following tasks were set: - describe different approaches to the interpretation of the concept of discourse; - to reveal the basic concepts of scientific discourse; - to single out scientific discourse as a special type of discourse, to determine extralinguistic factors of scientific discourse; - analyze its cognitive dimension; - to study the intensive context of scientific discourse; - highlight the conditions and opportunities for training him; - to outline the prospects for the development of scientific discourse and to comprehend the cultural and educational context of its functioning. Research methods: systems approach, interdisciplinary approach, metaanthropological approach, categorical analysis, comparative-historical analysis, structural-functional analysis, discourse analysis, phenomenological-hermeneutic methodology. According to the results of the planned study, 60 publications (with a total volume of 51.2 da) in domestic and foreign scientific periodicals were published, including: - prepared a collective monograph "Philosophical education: teaching scientific discourse" (10.8 da); - prepared analytical note "Philosophical education: education of scientific discourse" (1 d. a.); - developed working programs of special courses "Knowledge. Understanding.
