Kurdyumov of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  The main purpose of this project is to maintain and adjust the modules, with changes in legislation, a typical automated system (AIS) of a scientific institution at the G. V. Kurdyumov Institute for Metal Physics of the NAS of Ukraine to automate the functions of the staff of the planning and production department, personnel department, research and organizational department, office and accounting. The criterion for achieving the goal of the work is the ability to perform all the main functions of the above personnel in a comprehensive information system on a single information base. As part of this work performed: 1. Functional software development of the subsystems "FINEC", "HR Department" and "SALARY" was carried out. 2. Testing of software subsystems "FINEC", "HR Department" and "SALARY" modified taking into account the comments of users in the process of practical testing of the system. 3. A number of consultations were held with the staff of the accounting department, planning and production department, personnel department, employees of scientific and service departments to work with the improved AIS of the scientific institution. 4. The IMPh AIS database was optimized by creating a copy of the institute's database for 2011-2021. Creation of archival (for 2011-2019) and working database for 2020-2021 for further work. 5. The input of information into the improved IMPh AIS database has continued. 6. Provided constant access of IMPh AIS users to the terminal server. 7.
