Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2  The aim of the project is new methods of obtaining compensated fluxes of charged particles from the Hall ion source, efficient extraction of H– ions from the Penning discharge with metal hydride cathode, intensification of low-scattering metal spraying for deposition of functional coatings, obtaining high power and density. regularities depending on the luminescence spectra of excited electronic levels in nanostructured materials (NM), namely nanopowders and nanostructured ceramics on the radiation dose and sintering condition New methods of creation of materials with the set properties are developed and investigated. The change in the properties of optical materials in extreme conditions is indicated. The intensification of the parameters of the magnetron discharge on the basis of the standard magnetron sputtering system (MRS) type MAG-5 with an anode magnetic trap is demonstrated. Methods for maintaining and intensifying gas discharge in the anode-layer accelerator, as well as charge and current neutralization of ion flux electrons have been developed, using the design features of sources of this type. It is shown that the metal hydride cathode, which is saturated with hydrogen, desorbs molecules in an oscillating excited state, which intensifies the ion formation processes in the near-cathode region.
